Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place garlic on a square of heavy duty aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil on the garlic. Wrap garlic in foil inside.


Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until garlic is soft and pale golden color. Let cool before using.
